FET Price Outlook After AI Token Selloff: Is a Recovery Taking Shape?
2026-11-03
FET, the token of the Artificial Superintelligence (ASI) Alliance, trades near $0.154, down about 41% from its $0.26 level on October 5 and roughly 95% below its 2024 peak. The wider AI-agent token group has fallen too. Is a recovery forming? Not yet: price sits below its major averages, and no confirmed reversal signal has appeared. This guide covers key levels, forecasts and what would change that view.
Key Takeaways
No confirmed recovery yet. FET fell about 10.5% in 7 days and 30.8% in 30 days, and trades below its 20-, 50- and 200-day exponential averages ($0.161, $0.168 and $0.197), though daily RSI near 33 shows oversold conditions.
The selloff is sector-wide. The 50-coin AI-agent group is down 23.3% (cap-weighted) over 30 days, according to Sharpe.ai, so FET's fate is tied to AI-token sentiment.
The levels to watch are close together. Support clusters near 0.147–0.152 and $0.140, while resistance sits near 0.159–0.162, then 0.185–0.188.
Why Did FET Fall After the AI Token Rally?
FET rose sharply in September and early October, then gave back most of the move. Coinbird logged $0.2598 on October 5 after a 16% daily gain and 66% over 30 days. By October 28 it was near $0.18, and by November 3 near $0.154.
We could not find one confirmed cause. Several pages we tried to read (Tapbit, Traders Union, FXStreet and 99Bitcoins) did not load, so this explanation relies on the sources we could access:
Sector rotation reversing. CoinMarketCap's September 19 note said FET's earlier surge moved with RENDER, NEAR and TAO as a sector, not on FET-specific news. When the group turns, tokens fall together.
No fresh catalyst. The same note found no dated FET-specific catalyst such as a mainnet, listing or partnership.
Alliance risk. Ocean Protocol left the alliance in October 2025, and its legal dispute with the alliance was unresolved as of mid-2026, per Datawallet. One source also reports a September 19, 2026 exploit that drained about 8.7 million FET (roughly $1.55 million) from an Ethereum conversion contract.
Put simply, FET rallied on narrative and is now repricing without new fundamentals to hold it up.
What Is the FET Price Today?

Source: coinmarketcap
FET is trading around 0.154–0.156, based on pages checked on November 3, 2026.
Supply and rank differ by tracker: BlockchainReporter notes CoinMarketCap and CoinGecko disagree on circulating supply (2.38B versus 2.31B), so check your own source.
What Are the FET Support and Resistance Levels?
Support is near 0.147–0.152, with resistance first near 0.159–0.162. Different tools place levels slightly apart, so treat them as zones.
Indicators lean bearish but stretched. Finviro shows 4-hour RSI at 31.4, daily RSI at 33.6, stochastic near 12 and ADX at 37.5 with sellers in control. That combination often precedes a bounce, but it can also persist in a downtrend. One caution: Coineye's levels page lists supports above the current price, so we left its levels out.
Is a FET Recovery Taking Shape?
Not yet, but the conditions for one are clear. Finviro's own 4-hour scenarios illustrate them: a bullish confirmation needs a close above $0.1601 with targets at $0.1647 and $0.1701, while a close below $0.1513 targets $0.1463 and $0.1403.
Signs of a real recovery:
A daily close above $0.162, then above $0.1854.
RSI rising back above 40–50 with rising volume.
Price reclaiming the 200-day average area near $0.19.
The AI-agent sector stabilizing, because FET has tracked the group.
Concrete progress on ASI:Chain, whose mainnet is targeted for late 2026 or early 2027 with no confirmed date.
Signs the downtrend continues:
A daily close below 0.147–0.1513.
A retest of $0.140, then the $0.119 August low.
Further falls in AI-agent tokens, which Sharpe.ai shows are weak across most of the group.
FET Price Prediction: What Do Forecasters Say?
Forecasts from the last 10 weeks range from about $0.06 to $0.71 for 2030, which tells you how uncertain the outlook is.
Two cautions. First, forecasts go stale quickly: an October 5 AI-assisted outlook from Coinbird put year-end 2026 at 0.45–1.65 when FET was $0.26, a range now far above the market.
Second, CoinPredict labels its long-range numbers "scenarios, not forecasts" built on past drawdowns, and its short-term track record covers only 10 graded calls.
How Can Bitrue AI Help Trade an AI Token Selloff?

Bitrue AI is designed for choppy, oversold or range-bound markets like this one. It is an explainable trading copilot: it scans market data, proposes a strategy matched to a risk level you choose (Stable, Growth or Aggressive), explains its logic using momentum, trend, RSI and volatility, and sets take-profit, stop-loss and drawdown limits. You review and launch each strategy yourself. Bitrue's guides say it does not guarantee profits.
Bitrue's October 28 FET article included a "Bitrue AI" reading of neutral momentum, a sideways trend and consolidating volatility, with long positions outnumbering shorts at roughly 1.97 to 1. FET has fallen further since, so refresh the live reading rather than relying on that snapshot. Bitrue says its market scan refreshes every 15 minutes.
How that could apply now:
Oversold bounces. Strategy types such as grid and RSI-reversal suit ranges and oversold readings, but a trending-down market can overrun them.
Defined risk. Preset stop-loss levels help when support at $0.147 or $0.140 fails.
Avoid chasing. Bitrue's FOMO-trader guide argues for data-based entries over buying green candles.
Per Bitrue, FET has a spot market (FET/USDT) and futures on the platform, but check the live listing and whether Bitrue AI covers FET. Remember that leverage magnifies losses: one Bitrue review flagged a 20x strategy with a 78% drawdown.

What Are the Biggest Risks for FET?
Alliance instability. Ocean's exit, unresolved litigation and a paused or disputed token conversion remain open.
Execution. ASI:Chain has no confirmed mainnet date, and the planned ticker change from FET to ASI has not happened, per Datawallet and BlockchainReporter.
Security. The reported September bridge exploit is a reminder that token conversion contracts carry risk. Wrong-network transfers and imitation tokens are a concern given FET's multiple networks and branding.
Supply. About 335 million FET is not counted as circulating, per BlockchainReporter.
Sector dependence. FET tends to move with Bitcoin and AI-token sentiment.
Is FET a Good Investment?
It is a high-risk, speculative asset, and the current data doesn't make the case for or against it. Supporters point to a live product stack (ASI:One, ASI:Cloud and agent tools) and depressed valuation, while critics point to governance conflicts, no confirmed mainnet date and a 95% drawdown from the peak. If you are considering it, size positions small, use stop-losses and track the levels above rather than headlines.
FAQ
Why did FET price fall?
FET dropped about 41% from October 5 as AI-agent tokens sold off together, with the group down about 23% over 30 days. We found no single FET-specific cause, though alliance and security risks add pressure.
